I start by making the glass beads as matching sets in the same session so each pair is unique. Everything I
offer is made with care and a concern for quality. This creates value for you and satisfaction for me. May this

Payment
We accept Paypal payments. Sales tax will be calculated for items shipped to Georgia depending on where in
Georgia they are shipped.

However, please note the following:

We match up your payment on Paypal by the info you provide us and will ship your order as soon as we find
your payment. That being said…..

If the name and date of payment of your order does not match the Paypal information and we can’t match up
your payment, your shipment could be delayed.
Please contact us if you are paying after your original purchase date. This will help us match your payment to
your order so we can ship as soon as possible.

If the information you provided Paypal is either unconfirmed or ineligible for seller protection it will take extra
time to verify the payment info and your shipment could be delayed.

Unfortunately if an order remains UNPAID after 7 days (including weekends and holidays) from the original
purchase date we will have no choice but to cancel it.

Shipping
Please read our shipping policy carefully.

To help expedite your shipment, please make sure your Paypal info is the same as the info you're providing
on your order. We will require an additional confirmation if shipping to an address not on Paypal.

Goods will be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address unless you indicate otherwise via email. We always
obtain proof of shipping.

If we can’t match your payment with the order it could be delayed or cancelled.

Our Primary shipping method is USPS First Class, insured with delivery confirmation.

Please allow 5 business days after matching your order and payment information to process and ship your
order. Orders received after 2:30PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be considered ordered the next
business day.

Special arrangements have to be made for Priority, Express, UPS or FedEx
We will do our best to accommodate rush orders but make no guarantees.

Refunds and Exchanges
For sanitary reasons and by law in many states, we cannot accept returns for earrings. All items are carefully
inspected for defects and are securely packaged for shipment. If you have any condition issues with your
parcel or its contents notify the carrier for remedies.

Goods (except earrings) can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus all shipping costs.
Items must be in original condition, complete with tags and in original packaging to be eligible for return and
refund. Please include a copy of the invoice and your contact information. You will be contacted as soon as the
items are received. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of returned items. Buyer will need
to pay for return shipping. No COD shipments are accepted.

Goods (except earrings) can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for a credit of the original purchase price
(less shipping)after receipt of returned items. Returned items must be in original condition, complete with
tags and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Please include a copy of the invoice and your
contact information. You will be contacted as soon as the items are received. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping and any difference in price and tax if applicable. No COD shipments are accepted. If a refund is due
it will be processed within 30 days after receipt of returned items.
